Do we celebrate Thanksgiving?
No we don't.
But there is still a lot we should be thankful to.
I need to thank my parents and grandparents for having me and caring me for so many years. As I grow, I have seen them become older after spending some of their best years on me. For that there is little that word can describe but much that only heart can cherish.
I need to thank my wife for accompanying me for so many years, going through every up and down without losing faith in me. I have been so used to her love so that I nearly forget thatit is actually not granted. Having met her is the most fortunate thing I have ever acquired.
I need to thank my teachers for guiding me and training me so that I become who I am. I understand that I would not achieve anything if I had not received their teaching. They have opened my eyes so that I have observe the world and try to become a smarter and better person.
I need to thank my friends for helping me and challenging me from time to time. They have offered me tremendous courage in front of odds, and have make me feel less lonely than I would otherwise be. It is with them that I have a sense of belonging.

    Do we celebrate Thanksgiving?
    No we don't.
That is why we can't have every family member sit around a roung table and cheer for the turkey feast.
Just like what we would ususlly do in the new year.
Actually I have not celebrated a new year for many years, and every bit of emotion simply dissipated over time.
And the longer it goes, the more I feel thankful for having at least something in memory.

We do celebrate thanksgiving as long as we give thanks to people. Come here and go shopping for some roasted turkeys!
