      Sirius Black
His face wasn’t sunken and waxy, but handsome, full of laughter.
But the Dementors don’t affect him, Harry thought, staring into the handsome, laughing face.
Like Sirius, she retained vestiges of great good looks …
He was very good-looking; his dark hair fell into his eyes with a sort of casual elegance neither James’s nor Harry’s could ever have achieved, and a girl sitting behind him was eyeing him hopefully, though he didn’t seem to have noticed.
Sirius stared around at the students milling over the grass, looking rather haughty and bored, but very handsomely so.
Harry saw the look of mingled fear and surprise on his godfather’s wasted, once-handsome face as he fell through the ancient doorway and disappeared behind the veil …
Beside him was Sirius, carelessly handsome, his slightly arrogant face so much younger and happier than Harry had ever seen it alive.
He had the same dark hair and slightly haughty look of his brother, though he was smaller, slighter, and rather less handsome than Sirius had been.
Sirius was tall and handsome, and younger by far than Harry had seen him in life. He loped with an easy grace, his hands in his pockets and a grin on his face.

        Voldemort
‘Hardly anyone connected Lord Voldemort with the clever, handsome boy who once Head Boy here.’
There was no trace of the Gaunts in Tom Riddle's face. Merope had got her dying wish: He was his handsome father in miniature, tall for eleven years old, dark-haired, and pale.
There was a wild happiness upon it, yet for some reason it did not make him better looking; on the contrary, his finely carved features seemed somehow rougher, his expression almost bestial.
‘As an unusually talented and very good-looking orphan, he naturally drew attention and sympathy from the staff almost from the moment of his arrival …’
There on the threshold, holding an old-fashioned lamp, stood a boy Harry recognized at once: tall, pale, dark-haired, and handsome – the teenage Voldemort.
His was the most handsome face and he looked the most relaxed of all the boys.
‘Polite and handsome and clever, he was soon given particular jobs of the type that only exist in a place like Borgin and Burkes …’
He was plainly dressed in a black suit; his hair was a little longer than it had been at school and his cheeks were hollowed, but all of this suited him: he looked more handsome than ever.
His greedy expression was curiously mirrored on Hepzibah's face, except that her tiny eyes were fixed upon Voldemort's handsome features.
… and yet he was no longer handsome Tom Riddle.
… the sort of happiness that did not enhance his handsome features, but made them, somehow, less human …
Behind both of the glass windows within blinked a living eye, dark and handsome as Tom Riddle's eyes had been before he turned them scarlet and slit-pupilled.

          Tom Riddle Sr.
… he collided with the glossy chestnut horse ridden by a very handsome, dark-haired young man.
‘Yes, that was Tom Riddle senior, the handsome Muggle who used to go riding past the Gaunt cottage and for whom Merope Gaunt cherished a secret, burning passion.’
‘… the handsome Muggle, Tom Riddle ...’
Merope had got her dying wish: He was his handsome father in miniature …
          Cedric Diggory
‘He’s that tall, good-looking one, isn’t he?’ said Angelina.
‘Strong and silent,’ said Katie, and they started to giggle again.
Cedric Diggory was an extremely handsome boy of around seventeen. He was Captain and Seeker of the Hufflepuff House Quidditch team at Hogwarts.
‘And all the Hufflepuffs are talking about Diggory,’ said Seamus contemptuously. ‘But I wouldn't have thought he'd have wanted to risk his good looks.’
‘You only like him because he’s handsome,’ said Ron scathingly.
‘Excuse me, I don’t like people just because they’re handsome!’ said Hermione indignantly.
Exceptionally handsome, with his straight nose, dark hair and grey eyes, it was hard to say who was receiving more admiration these days, Cedric or Viktor Krum.
He had been starting to quite like Cedric – prepared to overlook the fact that he had once beaten him at Quidditch, and was handsome, and popular, and nearly everyone’s favourite champion. Now he suddenly realised that Cedric was in fact a useless pretty-boy who didn’t have enough brains to fill an eggcup.
‘Urgh, Chang, I don’t think much of your taste ... at least Diggory was good-looking!’
          Gellert Grindelwald
In the split second that the lantern’s light illuminated him, Harry saw the delight upon his handsome face, then the intruder shot a Stunning Spell from his wand and jumped neatly backwards out of the window with a crow of laughter.
He came across the one he sought almost at once, the young Dumbledore and his handsome companion, roaring with laughter at some long forgotten joke.
          Firenze
He had astonishingly blue eyes, like pale sapphires.
Through the mist came a face Harry had seen once before on a dark, dangerous night in the Forbidden Forest: white-blond hair and astonishingly blue eyes; the head and torso of a man joined to the palomino body of a horse.
‘He's not a horse, he's a centaur!’ said Lavender, sounding shocked.
‘A gorgeous centaur ...’ sighed Parvati.
Professor McGonagall turned next to Parvati Patil, whose first question was whether Firenze, the handsome centaur, was still teaching Divination.
          Gilderoy Lockhart
There was a big photograph on the front of a very good-looking wizard with wavy blond hair and bright blue eyes. As always in the wizarding world, the photograph was moving; the wizard, who Harry supposed was Gilderoy Lockhart, kept winking cheekily up at them all. Mrs Weasley beamed down at him.
He didn’t look remotely handsome any more. His lip was trembling, and in the absence of his usually toothy grin he looked weak-chinned and weedy.
‘I am not forgotten, you know, no, I still receive a very great deal of fan mail ... Gladys Gudgeon writes weekly ... I just wish I knew why ...’ He paused, looking faintly puzzled, then beamed again and returned to his signing with renewed vigour. ‘I suspect it is simply my good looks ...’

            Bill Weasley
However, Bill was – there was no other word for it – cool. He was tall, with long hair that he had tied back in a ponytail. He was wearing an earring with what looked like a fang dangling from it. Bill's clothes would not have looked out of place at a rock concert, except that Harry recognized his boots to be made, not of leather, but of dragon hide.
‘... getting really out of hand, and you’re so good-looking, it would look much better shorter, wouldn’t it, Harry?’
‘Of course, it doesn’t matter how he looks ... it’s not r – really important ... but he was a very handsome little b – boy ... always very handsome ... and he was g – going to be married!’
‘What do I care how he looks? I am good-looking enough for both of us, I theenk! All these scars show is zat my husband is brave! And I shall do zat!’
            Percival Dumbledore
Dumbledore's father, Percival, was a good-looking man with eyes that seemed to twinkle even in this faded old photograph.

                  Regulus Black
Regulus was instantly recognisable as the boy sitting in the middle of the front row: he had the same dark hair and slightly haughty look of his brother, though he was smaller, slighter and rather less handsome than Sirius had been.
                  Andromeda Black
As she moved forward into the room, Mrs Tonks’s resemblance to her sister Bellatrix became much less pronounced: Her hair was a light, soft brown and her eyes were wider and kinder. Nevertheless, she looked a little haughty after Harry’s exclamation.
                  Nymphadora Tonks
She looked the youngest there; she had a pale heart-shaped face, dark twinkling eyes, and short spiky hair that was a violent shade of violet.
‘... I mean, Tonks is okay-looking when she isn’t doing stupid things to her hair and her nose, but – ’
