大佬的邮件,感觉要做的事情好多,但是我们组的老大根本不理我,所以这工作到底怎么分配?怎么进行?
Based on the new organisation, you three are responsible for KA (Key Account). Thus I would expect your KPI would be a little different to operations.
Here are some key area I would like you to focus on.
1.Presales and Inquiry – this is for New client, general inquiries (technical or process or SABER…)
2.Client management – this is for existing client, making sure we meet expectation (you may need to work with John Lee on invoicing instruction or program management)
3.Sales and Marketing – this is about client meetings with sales, webinar, website, send updates to sales and client (regulatory updates, CRDs… working with Phillip on the documentation, working with Saud or Faleh to get the updates from SASO…)
4.Technical – you are also technical, Andy in EEE and Machinery, Rafa in Hardline, Tina in Softline. If you are not up to standard with all the SASO requirements, your target is to get up to speed. As for meeting, client, inquiries, presentation or training with client will need these knowledge
5.Operation Process – although you are not going get involve in the day to day operation, you need to be familiar with their processes. Again, you are the first person to get involve with the sales or the client, you need to be equipped with this knowledge.
6.Communication – everything you do is communication, communication to client, sales, support team, operation team, technical team….
7.Accreditation - last but the least, you will all have a chance to get involve in the accreditation process, with HOKLAS, GAC, GSO….. You have to be familiar with ISO 17065, document controls, and the operation SOPs.
Based on the above, please review as a team and see how you are setting your KPI.
