Mabyn:
- Reduce cooldown (15s->12s) and increase range (1->1.5) of raining gift on R7, reduce more cooldown (12s->8s) and increase more range (1.5->2) with Elara
Comments:
What can I say? It's very "useful" if you rely on randomness in battle
Leif:
- Active spell will also gives allies 1000 shield and heals their shield by amount equivalent to how much Leif gained by melee attack. Note the shield will not regenerate by melee attack from allies
- Synergy with Goddesses to increase their armor (amount unknown)

Will 1000 shield points useful? It depends. But usually not in tournament.
Cyra:
- Lodestar also reduces enemy's damage by 20%

- Melee attack does slightly more damage and lifesteal. The attack is AOE so should heal a lot

Comments: Good survivability upgrade. Both goddesses gain ability to summon the other, making their roles almost equivalent. The difference is mobility since you can move your goddesses to any location only by Cyra's active. Although Elara seems to gain higher stats on R7
My personal preference: Cyra > Elara > Leif > Mabyn
