EN590年单准现货交易方式；Remarks/Payment Process:备注/付款流程：1. Both parties sign contracts and commission service agreements;1、双方签署合同及佣金服务协议；2. The seller provides partial POP, and the buyer issues a RMB equivalent guarantee of 2 million US dollars (the seller provides 2% PB).2、卖方提供部份POP，买方开出200万美元等值人民币保函（卖方出2%PB）。3. The seller shall provide a complete set of POP and Q88 documents, and the shipping and freight forwarders of both parties shall prepare for double reporting;3、卖方提供全套POP及Q88文件，买卖双方船货代对接准备双报备；4. After receiving the full set of POP and Q88 documents, the buyer's freight forwarder shall pay TT20% of the payment and lock in the remaining 80% of the payment (and issue a 100% letter of credit for one shipment as an annual guarantee);4、买方货代接收到全套POP及Q88文件报备后付TT20%货款锁定80%余款（并开出一船货100%信用证做为年单保证）；5 After CCIC/inspection, the remaining 80% of the payment will be paid and the transfer of property rights will be completed.5、CCIC/商检后付清80%余款，转物权交易完毕。
