Sautee 1 small chopped onion, 400g beef cubes (coated in a bit of flour,
salt/pepper),
handful of chopped cherry tomatoes on medium heat until browned


Add 3/4 cup beef stock gradually, 1/2 can of beer, 1 heaped tsp brown sugar.
Cover with lid, leaving a small gap. Stir regularly for the next 15 mins or
so on low heat.


Add in chopped mushrooms and 1 large chopped carrot

on low heat.


Mix together 50g self-raising flour, 1/2tsp baking powder.
Add in 25g melted butter, 1/2 whisked egg, 30g cheese. Form into balls

Bring heat up to medium. Place dumpling balls on top of stew.
Cover with lid, leaving a small gap. Leave to cook for 15 mins.

Beef beer stew with cheese dumplings!
