As far as I’m concerned, the companies shouldn’t just pay attention to applicants’ experience. Nowadays, there’re more and more students graduate from universities. It would be harmful both to applicants and companies, if the companies did like this.
Today, our society need creative talents, but many young people who have many good ideas always can’t get enough external conditions to support their ideas and lose an opportunity then. It is such a tragedy. Now, many works need professional knowledge, thus can make a further development. Young people have strong abilities in learning. They may give the company a better effect than those who have experience, and what’s more, it may let young people lose confidence.
Depend on the above analysis, companies should make comprehensive consideration, but not just take care in a single aspect.
