I came across a story about a patient with ALS disease few years ago and it actually bothered me for quite a while…we can never imagine how heart breaking it is for the patient’s family to see what the patient had to go through!
Without a doubt, the popularity of the Ice Bucket Challenge has created a lot of awareness and I choose to make donation and will do my part to help spread awareness on ALS.
There is no cure up to this date and the scary part is that it can happen to anyone and you just can’t find out why! Hope all the great doctors will continue with their groundbreaking research and never give up to think outside the box and hopefully, there will be treatment and cure for ALS soon!
