Everyone needs help and helping others is helping ourselves.
One day, I went to a seniors’ home and noticed an old woman sitting quietly. I walked straight to her, kept her cold hands in mine. She looked up, smiling. A best voice “Forget the past” came out of my deep heart. She told me about her funny stories. Happiness seemed to come back to us. In the warm sunlight she laughed, like a child. I was moved at that very moment.
This experience brought me a lot. I’ve realized I’m really helpful to anyone in need. What’s more, I’ve learned how to deal with difficulties from that old lady. Life means the one full of love and warm hands, including yours and mine.
