Stepping Out into the World and Making a Difference –What Can IDo?
Hi,ladies and gentlemen! Today I’m going to talkabout stepping put into the world and making a difference by myself.
Did you ever stop to notice, all the blood we've shed before? Did you ever stop to notice, the crying Earth the weeping shores? Thelyrics are from Earth Song, which was written by MichaelJackson. The song reminded people on the Earth about protecting our ownhome. Now when theworld is so confusing, and its problems are so complicated. We need to protect our home more than ever.
Nowadays, the biggest problems of the world arethe environmental pollution and the unpeaceful lives which are madeworse by the wars.When we start to notice these problems, we always say that they can deal withthem, the government will solve them. But who are they? Yes, they are us.It must be startedby ourselves, or it must be useless.
I love my planet, and I admire the miracle of nature.That’s why when I heard the child crying in Libya,my heart was weeping; that’s why when I saw thedolphin trapped by the fishing net, my heart was angry; that’s why when I knew theAmazon jungle is disappearing and my heart was anxious. It’s the time for me torealize, the mission toheal the world, my mission,is healing -pure and simple, just like Michael Jackson said.
You may ask, how? Yeah,I’m just a student in high school, there areonly a few things that I can do. But as a teenager, it’ s also my duty to saveour world, even the things that I can do are fewer. If you want to make theworld a better place, take a look at yourself and make that change. Only if youcan change yourself, make yourself stronger ,so that you can have enough powerto change the world.
What I’m going to do is ,to care more about the news of the world, tolearn more knowledge from the books, study more about many kinds of problems,put it more to know about the world.
And of course, there is one thing is themost important, whichis love. I must learn to love our world, and love the peopleand any kind of creature on this planet. Love is strong, andendless.
So let us make it a better place for you andfor me, and the entire human race!

至于翻译。。。我还真有点懒，原谅我。。。因为想说的真的有好多好多，等我说完了再发上来吧

开头，我一直在琢磨到底该如何切入主题，挣扎了好久，于是乎，我决定先带着观众们走入一个诗意的境界吧！那时候，我正在品读地球之歌的歌词（我认为用“诗词”更适合，迈迈的歌词总是那么富含哲理，充满诗情画意），老实说，我之前都是被它的旋律打动，还从未像此刻这般那么认真地赏析过。我就想，不如就直接引用他的歌词吧，直白而又引人深思，这完全符合我的想法！然后，我就挑了其中一句：
Did you ever stop to notice 你是不是忘了
All the blood we've shed before 我们曾挥洒下的血汗
Did you ever stop to notice 你有没有看到
The crying Earth this weeping shores? 地球在流泪，海岸在哭泣

引用歌词，首先直接让观众们意识到，我们所生存的地球正在流血，我们应该意识到，保卫我们的家园的责任！之后，我受到来自Heal the world 的mv的独白的启发，将其中一句进行了改编：Now when theworld is so confusing, and its problems are so complicated. We need to protect our home more than ever.现在的世界是如此令人困惑，它的问题是多么的复杂，我们比任何时刻都需要保护我们自己的家！

当然，这段的结尾，是我曾经看迈克尔采访说过的，我凭着记忆和自己的理解将这个观点写下，当然，每一次演讲的过程中，我都会在这个问题上深深地思考

紧接着，我又回忆起儿时看地球之歌的音乐录影时的震撼，看着人们亲手毁灭那壮观的森林，捕杀野生动物，以及战争带给我们的灾难，那时12岁的我，眼泪不禁夺眶而出。
说真的，如果没有迈克尔，我就不会那么快的成长起来（我并不是指失去童真）。通过他的很多充满着爱的歌曲，我意识到，自己也应该学会去爱这个世界，承担起地球子民的责任。受到了很多他的影响，我不断地以他为榜样，如饥似渴地阅读，关注，丰富自己，只希望自己能有一日也会实现我的理想！

当然，还有一点也是最重要的，我在结尾也提到过，那就是迈克尔教会我的，学会去爱！
这篇演讲，当我写完时，就特别的爱不释手，感觉就像是一个艺术家完成了自己的杰作 那天晚上，我毫不吃力地就把这篇稿子记熟了，因为，这是我心灵的共鸣啊！当然啦，里面还涉及到我最崇敬的伟人！（话说，我的上一篇演讲可是背了一星期啊）

半决赛失误时候，也许比赛时在想：“完了，游学机会泡汤了！”可是，之后唯一的愿望就是那么迫切地想让观众们知道，迈迈和迈迷的心愿啊！头天晚上我还特别地兴奋，感觉自己像是成了拯救地球的使者，继续完成他生前未了的心愿。。。。。我还打算结尾直接唱出来呢，因为我引用了拯救地球的歌词。。。这样既不失创意，又能让观众耳目一新
