服务启动：
net start apache2.4
net start mysql56
服务关闭：
net stop apache2.4
net stop mysql56
查看服务是否启动：
net start | find /i "apache"
net start | find /i "mysql"

上传文件大小限制：
php.ini
upload_max_filesize

将Apache安装为Windows后台服务：
httpd -k install

开启Apache的Rewrite功能：
1. httpd.conf
LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

3. Web根目录下新建.htaccess文件，参考如下：
