To assist in maintaining Carter's standing as a quality manufacturer, it is necessary to apply a consistent set of quality standards which clearly reflect the Company's intention to produce a quality product.
Cater's Defect:
Any deviation from Carter's Quality Standards which is sufficient to render the merchandise second quality or unacceptable because it is obvious and/or may affect the salability or serviceabiiity and/or is a significant deviation from a Buyer's specification.

Cater的缺陷标准：
