If you live outside the USA, your order is shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. Your order will leave our warehouse and the last update on your tracking number is the package being transferred to a international shipping center(Fontana, CA). The package then is forwarded to your country/local postal delivery service. We are not provided a tracking number after your package leaves the USA. International shipping generally takes 3-6 weeks from the ship date. Please be aware that some countries, including Russia, China/HK and Germany, can often take longer for delivery than others.
