之前看贴吧申诉模板发邮件申诉了，没得到官方回复却收到了这个，用Gmail发的，插入图片和添加附件都试过一遍，回复的都是这个邮件（感觉是系统邮件，秒回的那种）,这是什么情况？请有经验的大佬帮忙看看= =
