当然五年内实现很困难，但是五年时间我希望可以先成为一个优秀的部门经理并着手cfa的考试。在进入工作的前两年，我希望能够尽量了解各部门的基础业务办理方式，尤其是在投资部门进行投资决策，积累一定的工作经验，我也在这两年之内努力学习，为cfa资格考试提早做准备，第三到四年我将争取在所在投资部门取得部门经理的资格，开始学习与实践部门的管理与运作，同时积累一定的人脉，人际关系也是商业的一个重要部分。

Maybe it is a bit hard for this coming five years, but I am hoping to become a good department manager, and prepare my CFA test. I will try my best to understand the basic operational modes here, especially in the investment department. By collecting working experiences, and preparing for my CFA test, I will be hopefully qualified for the department manager position in our investment department. And at the same time, I might as well to enlarge my social network, as it is really important for the company, for the business and for my future development.
