公司占地19.1万M2，分三期建设总库容约40万M3以上的罐区，预计总投资13亿元人民币。
罐区的一期A项目为9.53万M3化工品储罐，一期B项目为4万M3化工品储罐，罐区二期为24万M3的低温丙烷罐现均已全部投入使用。
三期项目正在规划之中。

公司拥有两个5万吨级的液化码头，简称为临港经济区7号和8号码头，可同时停靠2艘50000吨级的船舶或4艘5000吨级的船舶。码头设计年吞吐能力380万吨。
