目的： 观察青霉素的急性毒性，为临床合理用药提供实验依据。方法： 采用小鼠灌胃给药，给药量由低到高，预实验小鼠未出现异常及死亡现象，故以小鼠最大给药体积的药液灌胃，1d内给药3次，连续观察14d，详细观察记录小鼠体征及体重变化，检测血液指标并做重要脏器的病理检查。结果 观察14d后，小鼠全部存活，给药组小鼠体重变化与空白对照组无显著性差异；血液学及血液生化学指标均未见异常；肉眼观察小鼠各器官未出现明显的病理学改变，主要脏器经病理组织学检查，心脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏与对照组比较无明显区别，肝脏有轻微损害；给药组1d的给药量为240g/kg，相当于临床用量的143.7倍。结论： 青霉素毒性甚小，临床应用安全可靠。
