The Path to Understanding... - Fetish inventory items are now removed from inventory when quest is deleted.

Beck Quantem found a few more items in his inventory from the Fortress of Drunder and is now selling crafted and quested house items from that zone.
TRADESKILLS
The Kerra tradeskill daily "Herbal Healing" is going back to only deleting 5 of each herbal type from your bags so that those who stockpile them to make Kerra Herbal Healing Salve don't lose their stockpiles. Confused? Just pretend the quest change in the last patch didn't happen - the quest is going back to the way it had been before.
TRAVEL
Fast Travel to Wanderer's Dock in Phantom Sea should be more reliable now for non Special Rule Servers.

Corrected an issue with the EQ2Settings application that was causing incorrect values to be written to configuration files.

"Nektropos Castle: The Return" - Sheila Everling's ghost is now defeated by the cursed guardian, accurately reflecting the history of events on Kael Drakkel server.

Fixed a bug that could prevent Elder Furdock's Bill of Lading buff from being dispelled due to Mortal Coil.
Reduced Combat Mitigation from adds for some challenge boss encounters.
Mages are now buffed with increased effectiveness toward their spells and combat arts.
Challenge bosses heal less from Mortal Coil but dispel more.
Arachlord Dyrraga's Silk Road debuff no longer chooses more than 4 targets, and no longer dispels.
Updated the health of the silk threads during the Tangled Webs event.
The Merchant's Den [All Versions]
Any claret collectors that try to cheat and double buff themselves will be sent back to Castle Vacrul.
