About Plan der Menschen (Part I)
The purpose of the Plan der Menschen is to develop combat products that are manufactured with the least resources and can maximize production efficiency.
The products of the Plan der Menschen are diverse and cover all aspects, but they all have a common feature, which is that they are obviously rough due to hasty production, poor materials, and low safety factor. Although they can still show some wisdom of designers in the forced and helpless design.
Of course, the implementation of this unrealistic plan is not without reasons - the long-drawn-out competition has caused serious airship losses, coupled with the heavy casualties of the warships crew in service, the senior management of the country has no choice but to try to continue to promote the war by implementing this plan.

The igniter-level support boat is a temporary airship carrying heavy rockets. Although it is really effective, it is still called "Water pipe coffin". The most common model is the igniter- level which is directly stamped and riveted from the iron plate in stock. Of course, other airships are also temporarily equipped with heavy rocket launchers as required. For example, the Schblair and Fliegan stages have heavy rocket conversion models.
The heavy rocket is arranged at the lower side of the igniter stage according to the launch angle, and equipped with igniter(here refer to the real igniter), which can form a powerful explosive fire. It often shines brightly in the first round of volleys encountered by the two armies, but then comes an unarmed flying target, which must be exited as soon as possible. The rocket rack equipped with it is modular and can also be converted into accurate aerial torpedoes. However, it is very troublesome to reload and needs to be loaded by ground crew after landing.
