Thank you for reaching out. Due to the newest update many users need to make sure you have your Open XR runtime properly set for the game to run successfully. I apologize for poor grammar or issues caused by language barriers.
Meta Rift, Rift S, Quest, Quest 2
Open your settings in your Oculus PC software
Click on the general tab
Go to OpenXR section and "Set Oculus as active"
If you are using Quest make sure you're on the PTC (Public Test Channel) for v55
Windows Mixed Reality
You will need OpenXR Tools for Windows Mixed Reality installed.
Valve Index, Original Vive, Vive Pro
Open the SteamVR app.
Head to Settings.
Select Show in Advanced Settings.
Head to the Developer tab.
Click on "set steamvr as openxr runtime"
Vive Pro 2, Vive Focus, Vive Elite, Vive Pro Eye
Open the Vive Console software
Go to the settings
Enable the beta program
Open the SteamVR app.
Head to Settings.
Select Show in Advanced Settings.
Head to the Developer tab.
Click on "set steamvr as openxr runtime"
Download the SteamVR beta by right clicking on SteamVR in Steam and using the beta branch from the properties
Go to Steamvr-> Settings-> OpenXR-> Disable any api layers you have enabled there
Vive Cosmos
Open the Vive Console software
Go to the settings
Enable the beta program
Set OpenXR current active Runetime to "Vive OpenXR"
Pico 4
If you are on Pico OS 5.6.0 you need to update to Virtual Desktop 1.27.2 beta streamer and apk which can be downloaded from Github. Alternatively you can use the Pico Streaming Assistant to stream games from PC. Please follow the Valve Index section on setting your OpenXR runtime to SteamVR.
