Anxieties or worries are creeping
Into our hearts and residing
Many times left is no reasoning
But we unintentionally witness
The leaves put on a yellow dress
Sighing deeply at paleness

The air is turning cool
The gusts may blow powerful
Dawn bypassers could be painful
But the hurt is a homesick face
They wear in an alien place
And the festival tears to efface
.

Yesterday I saw strangers wearing a face....

It is downpouring over this city. This rain will be ongoing until this late afternoon.
It comes to a brainstorm of the watery lunar month----
Water was poured down, soaking this lunar month, and emptying up all the rains stored during last lunar month. It striked first over the south, then in turn over the north；It flooded and ruined our farmlands, and hurt the local residents' homelands.

The rain gathered into floods
Waves raged a rush of blood
Mountains are cute pretty
But muddy flows rushed of bounty

Flooding raided farmlands
Raided cities, holding a wand
It broke the river defence
And the residents' hearts and peace

A large mountain region is a good resource for a city next to it, but it's also a threat once heavy rain occurs. The creeks and tributaries have slopes much greater than the downstrean section of a river. A larger flow rate means that the mainstream increases its flow velocity to a much higher level.
That's a key point. That's dangerous. It just takes several hours from the rain time to the arrival of the flood peak.

A flash flood also interrupts the boys' drool.
It's not literature, nor poetry.
We must do something.
We must fight againt nature if we want to stay in those places.
