Beihai Park A Beauty
Last Sunday I visited this beautiful old park. It was windy and cold, but I decided to ride my e-bike for there, because that's a crowded area featured with narrow streets and difficulties in driving and parking. In such an early winter season, the park is still colorful and charming, so today I like to post some pictures here.

Beihai's scenery in early winter, is beautiful sight,
Under the setting sun, the white pagoda reflects so bright.
Withered lotus stands calm in the breeze by the pond,
Willow branches golden, dancing gently, without a sound.

Ancient locust trees sway their tender branches, a sight to behold,
The pines stand tall, their vigor never to be told.
The chill may bite, my heart is warm with poetic grace,
The beauty, more enchanting than the spring's embrace.

We took a fast visit. First, we got in the next door, seeing those tall persimmon trees where a joyful crowd were admiring, sighing, and picture shooting. The air was fresh and beautiful. We were able to see the west mountains when standing on the Jingshan hill, a very gorgeous view.

I'M SORRY FOR THE SUBTITLES OF THE LOVELY SONG. THE APP PUT THOSE CHINESE CHARACTOERS AUTOMATICALLY AND IT'S HARD FOR ME TO MAKE THE CORRECTION. SORRY AGAIN.

Of course, we tried to watch the buildings in the forbidden city. But the sun was too bright to comfortablely look southward. After that we speeded up our footsteps toward the Beihai Park through a 200m walk.

What's worth mentioning here is that we stopped at the Gulou Street, a nice place for yummy foods or snacks. And I'm going to fabricate another short video to praise what I saw around the locust pond in the Beihai Park.

Chill deepens as Minor Snow arrives, Dancing snowflakes gentlely fill the sky. Clouds sparse, twigs sway in breezes soft and light, Whispers tender, the forest's quiet sigh.

Old calendar turns, and with joy the festive season arrives, With hope and love, dreams are fulfilled and alive.
