MAJOR SNOW DREAMS

Dreams back to the year snowflakes fly and roam, Snowmen and snowball fighters, we lost track of time and home. The dragon winter, dry, cold, and bone biting, No one tries to be a player of the gusts just for amazing.
To its extreme, wanes daylight, the longest night, In two winter months, spring asserts her right. May the wish for snow forever linger in our hearts, Love remains, unbroken, forever true, in dreams, in heart.

A terrible sign of Major Snow is the sharp acceleration of virus spreading that already started about a month ago (see, over northern China). So everyone should be more careful if they want to be healthy and cherish the warm sunshine as beautiful as today.

In the bitter Major Snow season,
the north wind frequently harasses.
Three feet deep the ground is frozen,
and river ice lingers on banks.

On the streets there's no snow,
and my heart feels empty and hollow.
The passersby often rustle in the gusts,
and the riders fight the flying dust.

Dragon winter seems a ton of anomaly,
surprising us and every family.
Time flows away in vain,
and the universe is vast and uncertain.

This is quite pessimistic.
Seeing little snow sparks doubt about the beauty of the world, or the value of life.

It's windy and cold today, but my desire for watching lake ice gives me tremendous guts to take a visit to the Old Summer Palace, or Yuanmingyuan Park. A great idea that didn't disappoint me.

And fortunately I've seen and taken shots of the flying ducks, that are a new species with grey feather, and white mouth.

In a pond, about fifty ducks are practicing a drill to swim forth, fly back and swim again, showing me several such cycles, so I was able to take nice shots.

One of my favorites is to check out the weathered lotus. It's still worth even though it's not the best time now. However, seeing those things on a icy pond is enjoyable and exciting.
