Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the ticket system, follow Helpdeskprocedure to diagnose and respond in a timely, standardized, and customerservice-oriented manner to user support requests. Escalate situations requiringurgent attention or additional assistance to ensure effective IT infrastructureto meet business needs.
Improve Helpdesk service and systems byproviding assistance in researching, evaluating, and executing IT projectswhile maintaining and contributing in the specific technical area ofresponsibility (e.g., specific assigned systems, or processes within Helpdesk).
Handle the setup, configuration, andmaintenance of office computers and related equipment including printers,wiring system, phones, etc. to maximize employee efficiency and minimizeemployee downtime.
Document issue resolution and recommend changesto procedures to reflect current state.
Requirements:
Junior college degree or above
Major in Computer Science or IT is preferred
Minimum 1 year working experience within IT (internship experience within IT is alsoacceptable)
Fundamental computer skills in Windows, MSoffice and other PC software, PC troubleshooting knowledge
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Good English skills (verbal and written)
Good research ability from Internet
