I tried my best to deduct what new survivor perks do by looking at the code, I had only part of code unfortunately:
**Wiretap** (Ada Wong perk):
Gives ability to trap generator (you need to complete 33% of generator first). It takes 3 seconds to activate. Trap remains active for 60/70/80 seconds. Effect reveals killer aura in some range.
**Reactive Healing** (Ada Wong perk):
When another survivor gets hit from distance of 32 meters of you effect applies. Healing progression is increased by 15/20/25% (don't know if it only applies to survivor that got hit or more)
**Low Profile** (Ada Wong perk):
As last survivor you leave no scratch marks for 60/70/80 seconds.
**Better Than New** (Rebecca Chambers perk):
Increases other survivor Healing/Repairing/Opening/Cleansing (perk needs to be somehow activated first).
**Reassurance** (Rebecca Chambers perk):
Pause other survivor struggle phase for 20/25/30 seconds. To activate you need to be in the distance of 6 meters.
**Hyper Focus** (Rebecca Chambers perk):
Perk has 6 tokens. Skill Check cursor is faster by 0.4% with each token. Skill Check bonus progression is increased by 1/2/3% with each token.
